Do:

• Sign in. This is a safety issue for the sellers and the host.

• Take off shoes or wear booties if requested. 

• Greet the host and provide your name.

• Be honest with the host if you are working with another Realtor®.

• Take notes about what you like and dislike about the home.

• Ask if you can take video or photos of the home.

• Be respectful of other buyers. Wait until a room is cleared before entering. 

• Provide feedback if requested.

• Thank the host before leaving.

Don’t:

• Disregard signing in or the house rules.

• Disparage the home.

• Let children run around unsupervised.

• Touch the seller's personal belongings.

• Eat or drink (except water) inside the home.

• Talk to the host about anything that would compromise your negotiating power.
